[aprssig] USA Mobile Map snapshot

Lynn KJ4ERJ just sent me a USA map with a plot of all mobile
positions over 6 days.

Now a day-by-day comparison of this could show anyone doing
unusal things with APRS!

For future reference, I added a link to it on the main
www.aprs.org site under the existing user density USA map about
35% down the page.
