[aprssig] APRS / Packet board for Arduino

Scott that is a great idea!  I was wondering when a resourceful ham would do
some work with the Arduino.  I have always wanted to play with the Arduino
but didn't really have anything to use it with.  Now I may.  I just need to
free up some more time in my 36 hour day :-)

Can't wait to see it going!
