[aprssig] PK88 -> 9600 upgrade

I'm really sorry to ask this question...

I have an old PK88 that sat in the closet 'o stuff for ~14 years.  It works fine as a regular 1200 TNC, but I'm wondering if anyone
has any leads on upgrading it to support 9600.  

As far as I can tell the TAPR 9600 modem is no longer available but if possible I'd like to find a way to stretch it's use, albeit a
decadeish late..
