Not for this - for the Tracker2, yes - though it's not a transmitter so 
certification in that case was pretty simple, and mostly a matter of 
forking over cash to a certification lab.  The FC-301/D comes from an 
established radio manufacturer, so they're the ones dealing with the 
certification for the most part.
