[aprssig] regional APRS coordinators?

Is there a list somewhere? I looked in the APRS wiki and there's no mention
of it. I'm trying to help a ham who's putting a digi in Black Rock, NV;
I have no idea what his settings should be and want him to contact
the NV coordinator if there is such a person.
