That's fine. That's all I've ever argued. We can all call Johnny names when he leaves the field. But it's his ball, he can do with it as he likes. And you have the right to go to your house and build/buy a ball of your own and bring it back for everyone to play with. Yelling at Johnny and calling him names doesn't do any good. Standing on the playground crying and yelling "why..oh why is Johnny being so mean?" doesn't do any good. Life sucks. Go get your own ball. What drives me batty is the entitlement mentality that since someone used it for "free" they are somehow entitled to use it for "free" forever. It's Johnny's ball..if he says you can't play with it anymore..tough. -Tyler Parent of 2 children and having this discussion with them daily
