Two places:
1) The NAME of the object (this is used in all those local
receommended voice freuency objects)

2) In the first 10 bytes of the position or Object text.  In
your example the FFF.FFFMHz would have to go where the "Su JUL
19_" is now.

In the current model, I think the radio will also set the TONE
if it is transmitted, but the D710 does not yet automatically
insert the Tnnn in its own packets?  But I may be remembering
this incorrectly...
