[aprssig] Georgia APRS coordinator

An ARES VIP in Georgia is trying to get on APRS, but cannot find an elmer.  Checking the web page:

No one is listed for Georgia.  Is there anyone that can help them get going on APRS.  SPecifically a KPC3+ TNC with GPS.

I have sent him the Proportial Pathing settings for a KPC3+, but I dont have a manual at home to help with the detal GPS settings
