[aprssig] Garmin GPS 18 PC

I am replacing the lost 1/8, 3 conductor plug that the unit terminated in.  Wires are Black, White and Green.  I assume Black is ground but what are White and Green.

The power cord and plug portion of the unit are complete, just the 1/8 plug is missing.
