As Phillip pointed out, it could be an expired station and about to disappear the next time your map is updated. I see you beaconed from KC8GKF via the space station but had an obsolete WIDE on the end of your path. WIDE has been obsolete in North America for about 4-5 years now. Is KC8GKF-WL your Winlink station? It hasn't been "heard" since Jan 22 2009. It shouldn't even be on your map. What do you have set for your expire time in SETUP - MISC? Ah... perhaps it's KC8GKF-10. > p.s. just got x across some of my winlink stations and some of them > went off. hmm running tcpip link So... are they expired? Expired stations have an X through the symbol and the label has a grey background. Again, they will disappear the next time your map updates. That setting is also in SETUP - MISC. It doesn't matter how you received a report... i.e. via RF or via TCPIP. If it's expired, it's expired. PS - are you on the UI-View support list? 73 es cul - Keith VE7GDH -- "I may be lost, but I know exactly where I am!"
