The object owner would be the callsign of the station that created the
object. It wouldn't change just because it was gated to RF. The person
generating it should send it at a reasonable rate because it would go
out at the same rate from the IGate.

However, another station can take over ownership of an object. In that
case, the callsign would change to that of the person that took it over.
Of course, there's nothing to stop the original owner from continuing
to beacon the object, in effect taking over ownership again.

If the object is created at openaprs.net, the owner will be the callsign
that you logged in with there before creating the object.
