Over 800 stations regularly send solar radiation data (called luminosity in the APRS packet specification) to APRS-IS. In the past, it has been difficult to compare these data among different stations or to compare with data from NOAA Surface Radiation stations. It is now easier to access these data, and compare them with other stations, including NOAA stations. Further details and directions on how to download the data to a spreadsheet application are here: http://www.wxqa.com/lum_search.htm Russ KB0TVJ http://www.wxqa.com/
