And I'll second that! Frank was so committed to getting a positive face on
the QSY (which, as some of you other old-timers will recall!) that he
traveled out to Kansas city to address the KC APRS Working Group and we
quickly decided to whole-heartedly get behind him and support the QSY. Frank
is an outstanding credit to amateur radio, to AMSAT, and to himself. I can't
say enough nice things about Frank!
