In other listings of the APRS agenda at Dayton, lets add
"Questions and Answers" as the final item on the agenda.  Last
year there was a call from the audience for more info for
newcomers to APRS.

I will try to better set the tone in my introuductory remarks,
and the other presenters also will keep in mind that many
newcomers may be in the audience...
