First i'm not know what exactly language used on server, second i'm
haven't free server with boardband internet to do it.(its coast much here
in Ukraine for example). Third (and main) - this should done not in third
party software, but in servers s/w.

I'm can write an algorithm of filtering and if there APRS-IS
developers will take small job of adding this specific filtered
port to APRS-IS software, we can try!

Let me some time to write algorithm...
