And my goal is to support a KISS interface inside Radio Spotter..  If I do
kiss, then we have thousands of old TNCs that can be put into use as a
'T-Gate'.

I was thinking that it would be nice to add to the KISS version of
the OT1+ ... hear touch tones, inject KISS APRS packet into the
output stream ...
