[aprssig] APRStt software?

I don't think anyone's arguing that this would be a resource problem on 
a PC.  It's just that some of Bob's clever schemes turn out to be not so 
easy to implement on small embedded systems.  The SR1 simplex repeater 
hardware I was considering using has 32k of code space and 2k of RAM. 
The advantage of that platform is that it draws about 350 uA at idle, 
80% of that being the RX audio op amp.
