[aprssig] Newbie APRS object question

The Voice Repeater Object goes in the TNC BText and the BEACON sets the rate at 10 minutes.  ANd the UNPROTO sets the path to direct  UNPROTO APN383 for example for a KPC3 version 8.3 ROM
