[aprssig] Garmin nuvi 350

I know a lot of people were saying at Dayton that they couldn't find the 
nuvi 350.  Looks like Radio Shack's got them on sale through the end of 
the month:

Until we manage to convince Garmin to fix the other models, this is the 
only one that doesn't display duplicate positions for moving stations. 
It'll work with the Tracker2 or with the D7/D700/D710 using the GTRANS 
cable.
