I don't know about the TH-D7E, but on my TH-D7A(G) v 2.0, the time  
zone is indeed in 2-O (Oscar).  There could be a difference in the  
software between the A/E and A/E(G) models as well.  I also scrolled  
through my options with it in front of me.
