Check out http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.radio.aprs for a bunch of 
alternative ways to read this list using a threaded interface.  I 
currently use the NNTP gateway with Thunderbird.  It's a two-way 
gateway, so you can post back through the NNTP server, as long as your 
subscribed to the list (you can subscribe to the list without getting 
the messages, it's a "vacation" setting or something).  There's also a 
threaded web interface, a blog web interface, etc.
