[aprssig] Digest Readers Lament

Even Outlook can apply rules, filters etc, putting recieved messages
directly into relevant folders, I do that all the time here, and at the
other locations where I use "Pegasus Mail".   Most (if not all?) mail
clients will allow you do to that.
