I can supply updated firmware on pre-programmed chips for the Fox Digi 
and other TNC's based on the design in QEX by Bob Ball WB8WGA.

The updated firmware works correctly as a fill-in digi with call 
substitution, adds the "Digi-All" mode to digi all stations heard just 
one hop with call substitution and best of all allows the TNC to work 
with UI-View when a TNC command file is added to the UI-View CMD 
directory. Many other changes have been made to increase reliability 
especially if the TNC is going to be used with poor or unreliable power 
supplies on hilltop sites.
