I think the VX-8R is the only currently-shipping HT that has an APRS 
option "built-in" (it's actually a bolt-on).

The Icom IC-92AD can do DPRS with the GPS speaker/mic.

Other than that, there are several HTs that make it easy to add an 
outboard tracker with velcro and wires ...
