Andrew, and group we as TRAC ( Telsiz ve Radyo Amatörleri Cemiyeti ) from TA are in close cooperation with our National Earthquake Observation Center (UDIM) . Earthquakes within the area of interest of UDIM ( Turkey, neighbouring countries and Aegean Sea ) greater than 3.5 ML are fed to our APRS network over the air automatically as soon as they've been analysed and granted to be published by the officer. This data are also fed into internet via APRS I-Gates. You can check them on aprs.fi as quake objects sent by YM2UDM. If you wish, I can explain how we did this in detail.
