Hi Andrew,

OpenAPRS has been feeding USGS quakes to APRS-IS for about a year now.  You
can find them as objects on our APRS map (http://www.openaprs.net/) or as
records on our APRS search engine (http://www.oaprs.net/earthquakes/).
