[aprssig] Suggested navigation GPS units

GTRANS cables are backordered for a bit. We're having to replace the
solder stencil to (hopefully) fix a problem with the tiny little QFN
microcontrollers not soldering right. The next batch of MCUs also has
to be programmed and taped.

Hopefully it won't be more than a couple of weeks.
