[aprssig] Andriod?

I use aprsdroid that Lynn notes.  It works OK, although I think that's
the one app that sometimes force closes the phone app. 

Works OK from what I've seen.  I was very pleased to see this program.

I've not noticed a formal announcement of it, but I've seen
http://aprsdroid.org in several beacon's comment strings.
