Google is your friend:
Cap Pannell, KE6AFE 'sexplanation from WB6MRQ:

  http://wb6mrq.com/uiflood.php

Or, perhaps somewhere in here it may be:
  http://www.choisser.com/packet/
I have a local copy,.  It has lots, but Vista's lame file contents search couldn't find it in there.

Can anyone direct me to a website or online document that explains what UI is as well as what UIDIGI, UICHECK, and UIFLOOD are? I seem to have fallen further behind that I thought then I ran into these while setting up a TM-D710 but I’m unclear on what they mean and as usual the radio’s manuals aren’t much help.
Thanks,
Gary
