It would be easy to filter these out at the web site, but it'd only help 
for a very short while, until the unlicensed users would switch to using 
valid callsigns of amateurs who are not using APRS themselves. Then, 
no-one will notice.

At least the SKY1 is now easy to spot and find. :)
