We do need to operate legally, and we do need to self-police, but we do not repeat NOT need a bunch of armchair lawyers trying to impose their _opinion_ as if it were FCC regulation. What if I CW beacon my call? I think some of our neighbors across the pond are required to operate that way. That CW never makes it to the APRS-IS, or even past a digi.
