[aprssig] South Carolina digis

[Todd Atkins]

Anybody know what happened to the digi's in the Columbia area? They've
all been gone for a few weeks now. Get's mighty quiet around here
without 'em. I've got a fill-in digi going, but it doesn't have the
coverage of a nice wide area digi.
