Many such devices use the Prolific PL-2303 chipset. Of course, you'll 
need to first verify that's what the adapter Argent sells is using.

Ask 'em - they're hams, I believe, likely way open to questions and may 
even point you towards a download.

One of the things I like 'bout Fedora - such devices "just work", 
nothing to install or configure. Just plug it in and voila, there you go.
