The K6RPT balloon reached over 110,000 feet and landed about 3 1/2 hours after launch. The flight has been over for 5 hours as I write this, but it continues to beacon on the ground in the Santa Cruz mountains south of the San Jose / "Silicon Valley area of California. A summary page of the flight, including a topo view of where the landing occurred is now on my website at: <http://wa8lmf.net/K6RPT-14_Balloon/> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Stephen H.
