Sorta "like this" - but different. I've a very inexpensive Bluetooth GPS receiver ($25) talking to my HP laptop running Xastir, via Bluetooth. Laptop uses a USB to RS232 (PL-2303) adapter to talk to a KPC3+ and then to a Motorola GM300. Works well and was easy to seutp on Fedora. 73 On 12/05/2010 08:33 AM, William McKeehan wrote: > In looking for ways to make the newer GPS units work with APRS, I came across > this page: > http://www.webazar.org/tomtom/bluetooth.php?lang=uk > which details how to get NMEA data out of a TomTom GPS unit via a Bluetooth > Serial connection. > > Has anyone used anything like this for APRS?
