I went out to http://www.aprs.org/symbols/symbols-new.txt and I sure 
don't see where "RA" is defined as being RFID.  There's an implication, 
but it is certainly far from "specified"...

BOX SYMBOL: #A
/A = Aid station
\A = numbered box
XA = OLPC laptop XO
#A = all others for DTMF or RFID
