[aprssig] Echolink/IRLP CQ's on APRS

This is what I see after sending my message to CQSRVR:


 2010-01-12 21:30:54 UTC: VK2JNG-9>CQSRVR: CQ CQ Gerard EL#63666 147.050MHz
 2010-01-12 21:30:54 UTC: CQSRVR>VK2JNG-9: 2 messages sent to CQ
 2010-01-12 21:30:55 UTC: CQSRVR>VK2JNG-9: Sending too soon to CQ


When you do a message via the Kenwood TM-D710 it sends it 5 times at approx 1 minute intervals unless an acknowledgement has been received back.


Could that be causing the message : Sending too soon to CQ?????
