[aprssig] does anyone have the APRS spec 1.1 or 1.2 as a single PDF

There aren't any.

1.0.1m is a released spec with a PDF.

1.1 and 1.2 are web pages.  1.1 has been ratified by the APRS
Working Group according to Bob.  1.2 has not.
