[aprssig] does anyone have the APRS spec 1.1 or 1.2 as a single PDF

The "official" APRS spec (Ver 1.01) PDF has NOT been updated in over a 
decade!     The only newer content is in various "supplements" and "addendums" 
scattered around the Internet.
