[aprssig] Bluetooth TNCs (was SSID Standardization)

You can do the same with an ethernet to serial bridge if you would like 
an ethernet / wifi one..  just be warned that even used they can run 
over 100$..  Or use Scott's tracker board for the Linksys/Cisco WRT 
routers and build it into one.
