[aprssig] Additional SSID's

I added these additional SSID's to the spec this morning:

-63 for PSK63 HF stations
-tt for APRS TouchTone users (DTMF)
-ID for RFID
-A  through -Z for Dstar

APRS callsigns generated from other networks such as APRStt,
Dstar, Crackberry's Iphones and any source that does not use
AX.25 packet can have any SSID.  Objects can have any SSID.

So I have expanded the SSID list to help keep track of any other
commonly used internet/object SSID's

Any others that need to be listed that are in common use?
