[aprssig] APRS Messenger v2.37 now has GPS HF beaconing

I've just posted the latest version of APRS Messenger version 2.37 on 
the webpage: http://www.crosscountrywireless.net/aprs_messenger.htm

It now has an option to transmit GPS position APRS beacons via APRS over 
PSK-63. The standard APRS position format is used and a beacon text of 
up to 43 characters can be added. A serial or USB GPS with 4800 bd NMEA 
output is required.
