Some ham stores carry them or can order them.

Panavise also makes various custom brackets for most vehicles for a nice installation. Here is my panavise custom mount than was easy to install on the dash: http://qsl.net/n8deu/Jeep/Panavise_Jeep.htm

I only had to remove a piece of trim panel. No holes to drill as the mount took advantage of the am/fm radio mount. Removed a screw holding the radio, put the panavise in place, and put the screw back in place which also holds the panavise mount.
