[aprssig] All-in-one APRS boxes

Can anyone point me towards any of the all-in-one APRS trackers.
 
I've seen references to them in past messages, but can't remember who does
them (I think there are a couple around at least)!
 
These are the units that are a tracker + GPS + 2m radio in a single box.
