Hi Derek, As far as I know there is no APRS activity on 9600 bd in the UK. Most of the APRS activity is 1200 bd on 144.800 MHz with some other 1200 bd APRS activity on RAYNET channels for specific events. It might be worth asking the question on the APRS UK Yahoo group just to see if anyone has 9600 bd kit to run tests with you. 73, Chris, G4HYG -- Chris Moulding Cross Country Wireless 7 Thirlmere Grove, Bolton, Lancs, BL4 0QB, UK Tel/fax: +44(0)1204 410626 Mobile: +44(0)7752 391908 Website: http://www.crosscountrywireless.net On 05/11/10 10:12, Derek Love wrote: > Does anyone know if there is any APRS activity on 9600baud in the UK - > specifically in the Bath / Bristol area? > > I've been monitoring a number of channels, but not picked anything up yet. > > Derek Love, Applied Technology UK > +44 1749 881130 > > > > Registered Office- Oval Park.
