[aprssig] Looking for central UT hams for balloon payload recovery

At its last decent rate of about 1500 feet/min and the same ground speed, it could be pretty close to Interstate 15 about 12 minutes after that last beacon.

This balloon payload was launched early this morning from central CA and should land around I-15 in the Fillmore, Utah, area.  I'm sure the payload's owner would appreciate anyone going out to recover it for him.
