[aprssig] Looking for central UT hams for balloon payload recovery

Very few HAMS in that area. None listed on the Utah Beehive HF net. 
I did announce it was coming down during the net. 
Nearest repeater is Milford over 40 miles away, but does cover the area in places.

This balloon payload was launched early this morning from central CA and should land around I-15 in the Fillmore, Utah, area. I'm sure the payload's owner would appreciate anyone going out to recover it for him.
