For LZ1QRM (apparently apropos callsign): What relevance to amateur radio is converting aircraft position reports to APRS to be carried world-wide over APRS-IS and possibly gated to amateur radio RF (since you are indicating these are amateur radio stations being gated from RF to APRS-IS by your "IGate")?
