[aprssig] New Yellow and White pages server on APRS

Starting October 3, 2010 I will be alpha testing the “bing query” capability in APRS-Go.  When sent a properly formatted query in an APRS message, APRS-Go will respond with message and object packets built from information it obtains by using the Microsoft bing™ API.  My program performs yellow and white page lookups in bing, which return name, phone number, address and position information.
