Looks like he's driving the MARS Van.  QRZ is kaput, so I didn't take the time to Google the call.

I get a WX station here, on RF, that shows as something like 2300 miles east of me.  Something like KY9H (yea, that's him - shows up in Findu's bad packet file).  Shows as a Chicago suburb ham...  I should ping him as soon as QRZ wakes.

I see occasionally Wx stations on RF with NO GPS coords.  What's the points?
